• Uses a diary, planner or calendar and meets a deadline with it.
• Keeps their books and papers findable.
• Tests themselves instead of only re-reading.
• Uses a memory aid: a mnemonic, a rhyme, a story, a picture.
• Says "I don't know" comfortably, and then goes and finds out.
