Terms of use

These terms explain the rules for using learnCoreSkills. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who the site is for

learnCoreSkills is a free educational site. Children use it to practise skills, and parents and teachers use the parent area to follow progress. Children should use the site with the knowledge of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for how it is used.

What you may do

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial learning at home or in a classroom. You may print or share links to pages, and quote short extracts with a link back to the page they came from.

What you may not do

Please do not copy the site's activities, articles or code to republish them elsewhere, try to break or overload the site, or use it in a way that is unlawful or harms others.

Content and accuracy

We work hard to keep activities and articles correct and suited to the grade they are labelled for, but we cannot promise they are free of mistakes. The site supports a child's learning and does not replace a teacher, a school programme or professional advice. If you spot an error, please tell us through the Contact page.

Your data

Children's practice data is stored on your own device. The Privacy page explains what is and is not collected, including how advertising and analytics are handled on pages meant for adults.

Advertising and links

Pages meant for adults may show advertising, which helps pay for the site. Children's activity screens show none. Links to other sites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the site grows; the current version is always on this page. Questions can be sent to mail@learncoreskills.com. The site is run from Europe / France.
