Contact

You can reach the person who runs learnCoreSkills by email at mail@learncoreskills.com.

Write to us if you have a question about how the site works, spot a mistake in an activity or an article, want to suggest a skill or a topic, or would like to ask about your privacy. We read every message and reply as soon as we can, usually within a few days.

To ask us about information you sent us, or to ask that it be deleted, email the same address and say what you would like us to do. Children's practice data is stored only on your own device, so there is nothing on our side to look up; the Privacy page explains this in full.

The site is run from Europe / France.

What helps us reply well

Tell us which page you were on and, if it is an activity, the grade and the question you saw. If something did not work, say what device and browser you were using. A screenshot is useful, but please leave out your child's name; we never need it to help.

Corrections and concerns about content

If you think an article or an activity is wrong, unclear or not suited to the grade it is labelled for, write to us and say why. We check every report, fix mistakes as quickly as we can and note significant corrections in the project blog. If you are worried about anything on the site that concerns a child's safety or wellbeing, tell us straight away and we will look at it first.

Accessibility and languages

The site is available in English and French. If a screen is hard to read or use, for example because of text size, colour contrast or a touch target that is too small, please tell us so we can improve it. You are welcome to write to us in either language.

Teachers and partners

Teachers, schools and education groups who would like to use the activities in a classroom, or who have a suggestion for a skill we should add, can use the same address. We cannot promise to build every request, but each one is read and considered.
