• Knows dances from more than one culture, including at least one social/partner dance.
• Picks up new choreography quickly by watching.
• Takes a real part in a full production, in front of a real audience.
• Contributes behind the scenes too: set, costume, lighting, sound, prompting.
• Handles stage nerves well enough to go on anyway.
